国防生群体所存在的心理矛盾分析及其对策探讨

Analysis and Countermeasures on the Mentality Contradiction of National Defense Students

健康良好的心理素质是军事人才的基本素质,对日益成为军队生长干部重要来源的国防生而言,心理素质水平直接关系到部队人才队伍建设的质量。本文分析了高校国防生群体所存在的一些心理矛盾和冲突,探究了这些心理矛盾存在的原因,并在此基础上提出了加强环境建设、加强心理教育、优化管理模式三个方面的对策与建议。

Healthy and fine psychological quality is the basic quality for military qualified person,to those national defense stu- dents who are growing to be the important source of the army cadres, psychological quality is related directly to the construc- tion of military qualified person. This article analyses the mental- ity contradiction and collision exist in college national defense students ,explores reasons of these mentality contradiction, and makes suggestions from three aspects：strengthen environment construction,strengthen psychology education and optimum man- agement model.
