糖尿病微血管并发症的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病微血管并发症的临床特点。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月本院收治的180例糖尿病患者,对微血管并发症的发生率,微血管并发症与BMI、血压、血糖、血胆固醇、三酰甘油之间的关系进行分析。结果 180例糖尿病患者中,有125例患者出现微血管并发症,发生率为69.44%,其中糖尿病视网膜病变65例,糖尿病肾病79例,同时患有糖尿病视网膜病变及糖尿病肾病患者为19例,经过积极有效治疗,均好转出院;无微血管并发症组与有微血管并发症组在BMI、血压、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油方面差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病微血管并发症与肥胖、血糖、高血压、高血脂有密切的关系。 Objective To study the clinical characteristics of microvascular complication of diabetes.Methods 180 diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected,the rate of microvascular complication,and the relationship between microvascular complication and BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood cholesterol and blood glyceride were analyzed.Results Of all the 180 patients,125 cases was microvascular complication,the incidence rate of microvascular complication was 69.44%,65 cases were diabetic retinopathy,79 cases were di abetic nephropathy,19 cases both were diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy,with the positive treatment,all patients were improved and left hospital.The difference between microvascular complication group and nomicrovascu lar complication group was statistically significant in BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose of 2-hour postprandial,blood glyceride.Conclusion Microvascular complication of diabetes are closely related to obesity,blood glueose,hyperten sion,hyperlipidemia.
