苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压效果观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and benazepril in treatment of hypertension

目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法将74例高血压患者分为观察组(42例)和对照组(32例),观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗,对照组给予单一贝那普利治疗,观察两组患者的降压效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(97.62%vs 75.00%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBP及DBP均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压具有降压效果好、不良反应少等优点,可作为目前治疗高血压的一种首选治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and benazepril in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Seventy four cases of hypertension were divided into the observation group（42 cases） and the control group（32 cases）.The observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate and benazepril,while the control group was only treated with benazepril.Observation were carried out about the antihypertensive efficacy of both groups.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（97.62% vs 75.00%,P0.05）.After treatment,SBP and DBP of the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion With the qualities of good antihypertensive efficacy and fewer adverse reac tions,amlodipine besylate and benazepril can currently serve as a priority on the treatment of hypertension.
