急性心肌梗死的护理对策

Nursing measures of acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的护理方法,以提高AMI患者的治愈率,降低病死率。方法收集本院诊治的AMI患者38例,在常规护理的基础上,采取有针对性的护理措施,着重抓好控制活动,合理氧疗,抗凝,饮食,保持大便通畅等环节。结果本组38例患者中,治愈16例,占42.1%,好转21例,占55.3%,死亡1例,占2.6%。结论在常规护理的基础上,采取上述有针对性的护理措施,能提高AMI患者的治愈率,预防并发症,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods of patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）,to im prove the cure rate of patients with AMI,reduce the mortality rate.Methods Targeted nursing measures inconcluding activities control,rational oxygen therapy,anticoagulation,diet control,maintaining smooth stool were conducted in 38 patients with AMI collected from our hospital on the basis of routine care.Results 16 cases among 38 were cured,accounting for 42.1%,21 cases improved,accounting for 55.3%,1 cases died,accounting for 2.6%.Conclusion Taking the targeted measures above-mentioned can improve the cure rate,prevent complications and improve the life quality of patients with AMI.
