老年糖尿病的饮食调养及护理

The diet therapy and nursing of senile diabete

目的探讨饮食疗法和护理在老年糖尿病治疗中的重要性。方法随机选取2010年1月～2011年1月就诊于本院老年病科的100例老年糖尿病患者,给予饮食和护理指导,6个月后观察饮食治疗的各项指标的变化。结果治疗后,患者血糖水平下降,三酰甘油和胆固醇含量下降,高密度脂蛋白含量上升,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者在药物治疗的基础上采用正确的饮食疗法和护理,有利于更好地控制病情,并利于血液生化指标的改善,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the importance of diet therapy and nursing in the treatment of senile diabetes.Methods 45 cases of elderly patients with diabetes were randomly selected in department of endocrinology in our hos pital from January 2010 to January 2011,given diet guidance and nursing guidance,the change of index data of dietary treatment after 6 months was observed.Results After the treatment,blood glucose level decreased,glycerol acid branch and cholesterol content decreased,the high density lipoprotein content increased,there was significant difference be tween the various data was compared,with statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetes diet therapy to correct and proper care in drug basis,is conducive to better control the disease,and is beneficial to the improvement in blood biochemistry,has positive clinical significance,it is worthy of promotion.
