安徽省临泉县城区妇女病调查结果分析

Result analysis of general survey of gynecological diseases in Linquan County of Anhui Province

目的了解临泉县城区妇女的健康状况及其影响因素。方法 2011年第二季度在临泉县计生服务站接受体查的已婚妇女共586名,对其妇女病调查情况进行统计分析。结果具体疾病发病率从高到低患病情况依次为:乳腺疾病占32.4%,阴道炎占24.1%,慢性宫颈炎占17.4%,附件疾病占3.8%,子宫肌瘤占1.9%,盆腔炎占1.5%,其他疾病占1.2%。结论政府应加大投入,计生行政部门要加强领导,将妇女病调查、普治这项惠及广大妇女健康的德政工程、民心工程制度化、规范化,这样才能不断提高本县城区妇女的生殖健康水平,以健康教育为先导,普查、普治相结合,多措并举,努力降低各种妇女病的患病率,提高本县城区妇女的健康水平。

Objective To investigate the health status of women in Linquan county and its influencing factors.Methods Statistical analysis of 586 cases had been done to the general survey of gynecological diseases in the second quar ter of 2011.Results The prevalence of specific diseases was listed as follows：the breast disease made up 32.4%,the vaginitis made up 24.1%,the chronic cervicitis made up 17.4%,the adnexal diseases made up 3.8%,the uterine fibroids made up 1.9%,the pelvic inflammation made up 1.5%,other diseases made up 1.2%.Conclusion The government should increase investment and the administrative department of family planning should strengthen the leadership in order to institutionalize and standardize the popular and benevolent project of investigation and treatment of gyneco logical diseases that benefits women＇s health.In this way,the reproductive health level of women in our county can be raised.Guided by health education,survey combined mass treatment,efforts should be done to reduce the prevalence of various women＇s diseases to improve the health of women in our county.
