74例老年烧伤临床分析

Analysis of 74 elderly burn patients

目的探讨老年烧伤患者的病因、特点,总结临床经验。方法回顾性分析74例60岁以上老年烧伤患者的临床资料。结果临床治愈64例,死亡4例,放弃治疗自动出院6例;死亡及放弃治疗的原因有年龄偏大、烧伤严重、面积大、对治疗费用难以承受等。结论老年烧伤病情复杂,并发症多,死亡率高;伤前疾病的治疗,脏器的保护,营养支持与创面的处理同样重要;积极的态度,适当的临床治疗措施,细致的护理以及社会支持,利于改善预后。

Objective To dicuss the pathogenesis and clinical characters,and to sum up the clinical experiences.Methods A retrospective analysis was given for the clinical data of elderly burn patients with age over 60 years old.Results 64 cases cured,4 cases were died,6 cases gave up treatment.The leading cause of death and giving up treat ment were older,severe burns,treatment cost etc.Conclusion The condition of elderly burn patients are complex,with many complications and high rate of death.The treatment of diseases,organ protection,equally important nutrition sup port and wound;with positive attitude,clinical treatment measures appropriate,precise,careful nursing and whole social concern for the elderly can improve the prognosis.
