采用骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折

The complicated proximal humerus fractures treated with artificial shoulder joint replacement using the bone trabecular metal prosthesis

目的研究骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2008年1月～2011年2月收治的32例复杂肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,观察骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗的效果及并发症情况。结果全部患者手术均顺利完成,随访1～2年,患者的VAS疼痛评分为(0.6±1.1)分,ASES评分为(81.3±12.8)分,Constant-Murley评分为(81.4±12.7),UCLA评分为(27.8±5.2)分,1例出现肱骨头上移,患者整体满意度较高。结论骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折,临床效果较为理想,可以推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treatment of complicated proximal humerus fractures.Methods Clinical data of 32 cases with complicated proximal humerus fractures from January 2008 to February 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and then the effect and complications of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treat ment of complicated proximal humerus fractures were analyzed.Results All the srugery were completed successfully,and patients were followed up for 1-2 years,the VAS pain score of the patients was（0.6 ±1.1） points,ASES score was（81.3±12.8） points,and the Constant-Murley score was（81.4±12.7） points,UCLA score was（27.8±5.2） points,1 case appeared humerus head moving up,patients＇ overall satisfaction was higher.Conclusion Clinical effect of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treatment of complicated proximal humerus frac tures is more ideal,thus,this method can be promoted in clinic.
