本文以"数字舟山"项目为例,简述了在数字城市建设过程中,基础地理信息建库的内容,主要技术问题和建库方法等,并在实际建库中通过WLAK软件实现了CAD到ArcGis的无损转换。

Taking the ＂digital Zhoushan＂ project as an example, introduces the construction ofdigital city, the basic geographic information database content, main technical problems and the construction method, has realized the lossless conversion of CAD to ArcGis through the WLAK software and the actual database.
