摘要
随着建筑工程施工企业的不断增加,行业竞争的加大,为了提高企业自身竞争力,降低施工成本是每个施工企业生存的法则。本文为结合自身工作经验,介绍了建筑工程施工成本的组成及其分类,论述了影响施工成本的因素,以及这些因素对成本测算的影响,提及成本测算的方式,另外阐述了成本控制的具体方法,提出了施工企业应该结合自身情况,制定合理的管理体制,控制施工成本。
With the development of building construction enterprises continued to increase, increasing competition in the industry, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, reduce the cost of construction is the survival of each construction enterprise law. This paper unifies own work experience, introduces the composition and classification of construction project cost, discusses the factors influencing the construction cost, and the effect of these factors on cost calculation, cost calculation methods mentioned, and specific method of cost control is expounded, the construction enterprise should according to their own situation, reasonable management system, control of construction cost.
