The paper briefly introduces JX-300 XP DCS control system used in ＂three wastes＂ mix burning furnace. First we intro- duced the performance of ＂three wastes＂ mix burning furnace and JX-30OXP system, then we further discussed the design of system hardware and software, selection and configuration and configuration Settings and real-time monitoring. Based on the application in mix burning furnace, JX-300 XP system can effectively reduce the labor intensity, and realize the boiler burning fully automatic control and ensure system can run safely and reliably.
