摘要
随着信息科技发展、社会迅速变迁、文化多元化以及价值观纷歧呈现,教育组织的内外情境日趋复杂多变,学校领导者面临矛盾、挑战时,如何适时转换领导型态是中小学校长在管理中必须面对的实践难题。Bolman与Deal(2008)提出的多元架构领导理论强调结构性、人力资源、政治化、象征性等四个方面的领导架构,在当前变革急剧的中小学校的管理实践中具有极大的适用性,校长若能恰当地运用多元架构领导策略,因势而为,必将极大地提高领导效能。
Nowadays,with the information technology getting advanced,the society changing rapidly,and the cultures and values getting more and more diverse,the internal and external contexts of educational institutions become increasingly complex and changeable.Therefore,one of the practical difficulties that principals of middle and primary schools would confront is how they switch their leadership styles properly when facing all kinds of contradictions and challenges.The multi-frame leadership theory proposed by Bolman and Deal,emphasizing structural,human resource,political and symbolic frames of leadership,has good applicability to the educational administration in middle and primary schools.Principals can greatly promote their effectiveness of leadership if they use the multi-frame leadership strategies properly according to different situations.
