摘要
现有的连续油管作业机存在对中井口困难、位移调节范围小、运输不便等缺点。研制了LXGFC40型连续油管作业机。井架为单节桅形双开口结构,液压缸起升,便于对中井口。天车的位置可通过液压力调整,以便调整注入头的位置。前支架的滚杆结构使井架放倒后绞车的钢丝绳受力,便于排绳。试验证明,该作业机能够满足深度2 000m井的作业要求,适应复杂路况,操作方便。
