摘要
LTJ5100TQ6型蒸汽清蜡车的锅炉是使用柴油作为燃料,存在运行成本高、排放的废气污染环境的问题。青海油田对其进行技术改造,设计了以天然气作为燃料的燃烧器、供气系统、控制系统等。对改造后的蒸汽清蜡车进行现场测试,性能参数满足生产要求,可节省燃料费用$13.7万元/a,作业效率提高1倍,大幅减少了有害气体的排放量。
The diesel is used as fuel for the boiler of type LTJ5100TQ6 steam paraffin vehicle, which results in high operation cost and environment pollution by exhaust emission. Qinghai Oil- field retrofits the vehicle by designing natural gas fueled combustor,air supply system and control system. The retrofitted steam paraffin vehicle is tested,with performance paraeters meeting pro- duction requirements,which can reduce the fuel cost by RMB137,000 annually,doubled the opera- tion efficiency and decrease the exhaust emission.
