摘要
介绍了连续油管作业车塔式支架的结构和受力特点。建立有限元模型并分析了最恶劣工况下该支架的应力和变形,其值在允许范围内。当鹅颈管的倾角在30~45°变化时,对支架强度的影响可以忽略。为连续油管作业车在塔里木油田安全使用提供技术数据。
The structure and force characteristics of are introduced. The stress and deformation of the a towering-support of the coiled tubing unit towering-support under the worst conditions were analyzed by establishing finite element model; its value was within the allowable range. When the inclination angle of the gooseneck changes in the 30 - 45 °,the attenuation of the strength of the support can be neglected. Technical data are provided for the coiled tubing unit working safely in the Tarim oilfield.
