十六大以来干部竞争性选拔发展创新与启示 被引量:1

摘要 十六大以来,干部竞争性选拔在中央的高度重视下深入发展,制度化、规范化水平进一步提升,呈现出"全面规划、整体推进"的特征。只有树立正确的选人用人导向,坚持在竞争中择优,扩大选拔中的民主,坚持改革创新,干部竞争性选拔才能继续沿着正确的方向深入发展。
