为了高效低成本处理含油污泥,提出了含油污泥在煤粉锅炉雾化喷燃的工艺。重点介绍了采用雾化喷燃含油污泥的过程,揭示了含水率对于污泥特性影响,探讨了在不同含油污泥与煤混烧比条件下,锅炉效率和污染物排放的变化规律。结果发现污泥含水率越低,炉膛里面的能量损失越小。含水率为90%时,具有较优流动特性。掺烧污泥对燃煤锅炉效率影响较小,在最大污泥掺烧比条件下混合燃烧效率比煤粉单独燃烧时锅炉效率仅减小0.17%。掺烧处理每吨污泥耗煤0.14t。分析表明:处理某大型化工厂的3万t/a污泥的运行费用折合标准煤为4 248t。因此,污掺烧具有较好的环保经济效益。
In order to treat the oil sludge efficiently, a flowsheet was developed to burn atomized oil sludge in a pulverized coal boiler. By introducing the atomized oil sludge burning process, the effects of different mixing combustion ratios of oil sludge to coal on boiler efficiency and pollutant emission were experimentally carried out. The results indicate that the smaller the water fraction in the oil sludge is, the less energy loss produces. The 90% water fraction helps to obtain the optimum flow characteristic. At the maximum mixing combustion ra- tio, the atomized oil sludge combustion efficiency was only 0.17% below the normal coal combustion one. Atomized oil sludge burning only consumes 0.14 ton of coal per ton of oil sludge. In a large chemical plant, the operating cost of treating 30,000 t/a sludge amounts to 4248t standard coal, therefore, blending combustion can bring environmental and economic benefits.
