摘要
本研究应用免疫组织化学和计算机图像分析技术,定量研究了烫伤对大鼠视上核精氨酸加压素(AVP)阳性细胞分泌的影响。实验结果表明:大鼠烫伤后视上核AVP阳性反应物体积减小,尤以烫伤后即刻最为显著(P<0.01);而视上垂体束纤维串珠样结构却略有增加。说明大鼠烫伤时,从下丘脑视上核AVP阳性细胞胞体向垂体后叶运送AVP的量增加。本研究从形态学角度提示了AVP参与大鼠烫伤后应激反应的过程。
In this study, image quantitative analysis was made to investigate the effect of scald on arginine vasopressin (AVP) positive cells in the supraoptic nucleus (SON) stained with immunohistochemical method. Results showed that there was a decrease in the volume of AVP positive substance in the cells of SON following scald, which was significant immediately after scald (P<0. 01). In contrast with the control, beads-like substance in the supraoptic-hypophyseal tract was increased,suggesting that there was an increased release of AVP from SON to the posterior pituitary in the rats subjected to scald.This study provides morphological evidences for the involvement of AVP in the process of stress reaction following scald.
