略论我国商业银行内控文化建设

本文在对商业银行内控文化内涵和功能进行分析的基础上,结合目前我国商业银行内控文化建设中存在的问题,提出了我国商业银行内控文化建设的措施,以促进商业银行可持续、健康发展。

Based on the analysis of the meaning and the functions of the commercial banks internal control culture and combined with the problems existed in the commercial banks in our country, this paper proposed the measures to construct the commercial banks internal control culture, for the sake of the sustainable development of the commercial banks.
