摘要
针对影响污泥气化产物及产物分布状况的两个主要因素——温度和空气当量比,选用某造纸厂污水处理后的污泥作为实验材料,在内径100 mm固定床气化炉上进行空气气化实验,分别研究了不同空气当量比(0.2~0.6)和不同气化温度(500℃、600℃、700℃)等操作条件对污泥三相产物特性的影响规律。确定最佳气化温度和空气当量比,为不同的污泥气化工艺提供参考。
Aiming at two main factors affecting the sludge gasification products and the product distribution: temperature and air equivalence ratio,paper sludge was chosen as experimental material from certain sludge sewage treatment.And the air gasification of the paper sludge was performed on a fixed bed gasifier with inner diameter of 100mm.The impacts on the three-phase product characteristics of different operating conditions: air equivalence ratio(0.2 to 0.6) and gasification temperature(500 ℃,600 ℃,700 ℃),were investigated respectively.The best gasification temperature and air equivalence ratio were determined,which can provide a reference for the different sludge gasification processes.
