燃煤电厂固体废弃物资源化开发利用的对策机制

Countermeasure mechanism of solid waste resource development and utilization of coal-fired power plants

结合当前燃煤电厂固体废弃物开发利用的现状,通过分析电厂两大固体废弃物的特性和功能,提出以脱硫石膏自胶凝功能材料开发为基础,融入粉煤灰的特性效应,大力发展以粉刷石膏为支柱产业的新型墙体粉刷材料,是实施电厂固体废弃物资源化开发利用的有效途径,并就这一途径实施的开发方向、实施主体、技术创新、制度保障等问题进行了阐述。

Combining with the current status solid waste exploitation and utilization of coal-fired power plants,through the analysis of the characteristics and functions of two kinds of solid wastes from power plants,an effective mean of solid waste resource development and utilization of power plants was put forward,which was based on the development of desulfurization gypsum gelling function material,integrating the characteristics effect of fly ash,vigorously developing new kinds of wall paint material with stucco gypsum as the pillar industry.The development direction,the implement subject,technology innovation,system guarantee were expounded.
