关于构建我国跨境电子商务及支付外汇业务管理体系的研究

Research on the Building of Cross-border E-commerce and Payment of Foreign Exchange Business Management System

近年来,基于因特网、以交易双方为主体、客户数据为依托、电子支付和结算为手段的全新商务模式——电子商务及支付产业快速增长,且呈现出参与主体纷繁复杂、应用领域不断扩展,电子支付工具层出不穷、支付领域日益细分的态势。本文通过对跨境电子商务涉外经济主体管理方式,及电子支付所引发的外汇资金流动问题与管理措施进行研究,为在国际贸易信息电子化环境中把握贸易真实性提出建议,并探索构建跨境电子商务及支付业务外汇管理体系。

In recent years, e-commerce and payment industry develop rapidly. In this paper, based on the study of foreign exchange liquidity problems, which are caused by foreign economic entities of the cross-border e-commerce payment and management measures, the writer recommends some suggestions to grasp trade authenticity in the electronic environment of international trade and explore ways to establish cross-border foreign exchange management system for e-commerce and payment services.
