摘要 利用重力沉降、SEM、粒径分布和正交试验研究了SiO2胶体电解液的分散稳定性。结果表明:阴离子分散剂A的质量分数在0.005%~0.1%时对气相SiO2具有较好的分散稳定性,增加搅拌速率或搅拌时间可以提高SiO2分散稳定性。正交试验结果可以得出,在试验范围内,影响SiO2分散稳定性的主要因素是酸密度,其次是搅拌时间、搅拌速率和分散剂。按通过正交优化得出的SiO2分散工艺配制得到的SiO2分散体系的重力沉降高度为0.2 mm。 The dispersion stability of gelled electrolyte of fumed silica was studied by gravity settling, SEM, particle size distribution and orthogonal test. The results showed that the dispersion stability of fumed silica was good when the percentage of anionic dispersant A was from 0.005 % to 0.1%; increasing the stirring speed or mixing time could improve the dispersion stability of fumed silica. Orthogonal test results showed what affected the dispersion stability of fumed silica was proportion of acid, and then mixing time, stirring speed and dispersants in the test range. The gravity settling height of dispersion system of fumed silica that was obtained by the dispersing technology of fumed silica via orthogonal experiment was 0.2 mm.
