摘要
本文通过对电动车电池内化成与外化成生产工艺的差异对比,结合对铅锑镉合金和铅钙合金各自特点的分析,同时依据相关的电化学反应机理,剖析了合金中微量元素的作用及在充电过程中对充电结果的衍变影响,全面阐述了不同合金对电动车内化成电池循环寿命的影响。
This paper compared the container formation process with tank formation process of lead- acid battery for E-bike, analyzed the characteristics of Pb-Sb-Cd and Pb-Ca-Sn-AI alloys, at the same time according to relevant electrochemical reaction mechanism, dissected the effect of trace elements in the alloy and its evolving influence on the charging results during the charging process, comprehensively elaborated the influence of different alloy on the cycle life of container formation cell for electric bicycle.
