摘要
为了探究市场经济条件下我国企业体育文化发展现状。通过文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法的等方法对企业体育文化的内涵、功能,以及制约中国企业体育文化发展的因素进行分析,结果显示:企业体育文化理念滞后、制度缺失、体育人才缺乏和体育组织不完善、体育经费严重不足等问题,并针对问题提出相关建议与对策,为企业体育文化发展提供参考价值。
In order to probe into the status quo of sports culture of China's enterprises,this paper,through literature review,questionnaires and interviews,analyzes connotation and function of sports culture of enterprises and factors restraining its development.The problems are found including the lagging ideas,the lack of system,the shortage of trained personnel,the imperfection of sports organization and the poor funds for sports and so on.Some suggestions and strategies are put forward for the development of enterprises sports culture.
