中国森林生态状况监测与评估研究进展探析

Research progress on forest ecological monitoring and assessment in China

森林生态状况监测与评估是建设生态林业和民生林业基础工作的重要组成部分之一,而建立完善的森林生态状况监测与评估体系是提高森林生态状况监测与评估精准水平的关键。首先,简要叙述了森林生态状况监测与评估的概念和特点;其次,从指标体系、内容和方法等方面探讨了目前森林生态状况监测与评估的研究现状;最后,展望了森林生态状况监测与评估未来研究的4个方向,即精准监测与评估、新技术新方法的应用与集成、加大人才培养和引进力度和先进的管理机制。

Forest ecological monitoring and assessment is an important part of the basic work in construction of ecological and livelihood forestry. And the construction of a complete forest ecological monitoring and assessment system is the key to improve the precision forest ecological monitoring and assessment level. First, the conception and features of forest ecological monitoring and assessment are introduced briefly. And then, the current research situation of forest ecological monitoring and assessment is discussed from the following three aspects： index system, items and techniques. Based on it, four prospects on forest ecological monitoring and assessment research are finally presented, namely accurate monitoring and evaluation, application and integration of new technology and new method, to strengthen talent cultivation and introduction, and advanced management system.
