摘要
工业机器人是一类根据预先编制在存储装置内的操作程序,自动地重复进行作业的机器人,工业机器人在工业生产中能代替人做某些单调、频繁和重复的长时间作业,尤其是危险、恶劣环境下的作业,例如在冲压、压力铸造、热处理、焊接、涂装、塑料制品成形、机械加工和简单装配等部门中,完成物料的搬运或工艺操作。介绍ABB多关节工业机器人,与西门PLC通过Profibus_DP通信,构成主从系统在自动生产线中执行循环操作的应用。
The industrial robot is a kind of automatic repeating operation robot according to pre-programmed in the storage device within the operating procedures,industrial robot can help people do some monotonous,frequent and repeated long time operation,especially dangerous,harsh environment of the job,such as in stamping,casting pressure,heat treatment,welding,painting,plastic forming,machining and assembly etc,complete material handling or process operation.This paper introduces the combination of the execution cycle operation of the master-slave system of the ABB industrial robot and the Siemens PLC in automatic production line through the communication of the Profibus_DP.
