摘要
介绍了新型仪表自动化实验装置的工艺流程和工作原理,通过不同工艺管路、执行器、控制器、动力源以及被控参数的组合,在实验装置中分别实现对温度、压力、流量、液位四大过程参数的控制。以温度控制系统为例,讲述了其设计过程,实现了对控制参数的整定,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
In the paper,technological process and working principle of the new instrument automation experiment device is introduces.There are different combination of controlled parameters,power source,controller,actuator and process piping,four different controlled variables,such as temperature,pressure,flow,liquid level are controlled in the experiment device.The temperature control system experiment as an example,the design process is describes,and the determination of the control parameters is obtained.It has gained good results in the practical application.
