基于扰动电压观测器的死区补偿算法

摘要 针对逆变器的死区效应,给出了一种基于扰动电压观测器的死区补偿算法。该算法采用一个无需任何额外硬件电路和离线测量实验的扰动观测器,以一种在线的方式,估计由死区时间和非理想功率器件的开关特性所产生的d、q轴扰动电压,并经过比例调节器后反馈到两相旋转坐标系中进行电压补偿。该算法具有实现简单、输出波形谐波含量少等特点,并且较好的抑制了零电流箝位现象。仿真结果表明该算法是有效的、可行的。 A dead-time compensation algorithm based on disturbance voltage observer was presented for the dead time effects of the inverter.This algorithm used a simple disturbance observer without any additional circuit and off-line experimental measurement,disturbance voltages in the rotor reference dq frame caused by the dead time and nonideal switching characteristics of power devices are estimated in an on-line manner and fed to the rotor reference frame by proportional regulator in order to compensate voltages.The realization of the algorithm is simple and the harmonics in output waveform are small,and suppression of the zero-current clamping effect.The results of MATLAB simulation proved that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
