摘要
斜面或曲面零件的加工在企业生产中占有一定量比例,企业常采用球刀和立铣刀平行铣削精加工,不过目前这两种不同刀具在加工时如何选择还停留在经验层面。以斜面平行精铣为分析模型,从理论上分析了两种刀具精加工的表面质量影响因素,又通过实验观察验证了理论分析,并得出了两种不同刀具平行精铣斜面或曲面的选择条件,为企业工艺制定提供了科学依据。
It is plenty of machining components with angular or curved surface in production.These components are usually finished by end mill and ball end mill,however,workers in company use the two kind of tool experientially.Parallel fine milling of angular surface is acted as analysis objects in this paper which analyzing influencing factors about surface quality finished by two kind of tool and verify theoretical analysis by test,in the end,selection criteria of two tools are given in fine milling angular or curved surface.These offer scientific basis for process design.
