摘要
在塔式起重机小车变幅及起升机构传动控制系统中,很多时候都会涉及到频繁定位问题,即要求能在不同的定位点控制牵引机构的启停,同时也能方便直观地显示出当前的位置。介绍一种方法,通过旋转编码器输出的角位移信号进行辨向和计数,再使用PLC对辨向信号和计数信号进行处理,得到牵引机构在垂直方向以及水平方向运动的位移值并在触摸屏上显示,从而实现精确定位。
The problem of frequent location often arises in tower crane trolley as well as in drive and control system of hoisting mechanism,that is,the start/stop of traction gears can be controlled at different anchor points while the current position can be displayed directly.This paper introduces a way of sensing and counting the angular displacement signals exported by rotary encoders.These sensed and counted signals are processed by PLC so that the vertical and horizontal displacement values of the traction gears are measured and displayed on the touch screen in order to realize accurate locating.
