摘要
针对叶片成型模在加工和使用过程中出现的问题,通过加工工艺的分析,对凹凸模的加工方法作了改进,采用特殊的加工方法,使得叶片成型模的加工成本大大降低,节省了修模时间,提高了经济效益。
Aiming at the problems occur in the processing and use of the blade molding die,through the analysis of the machining process,the irregularities mold processing method has been improved.By using of special processing methods,the blade of the molding die machining costs greatly reduced,the mold repair time is saved,and the economic efficiency is improved.
