摘要
阐述了香蕉筛、水平直线振动筛和倾斜直线振动筛的结构、工作原理,分析了各自的主要参数。结合脱介振动筛在中国选煤厂的应用实践,介绍了脱介筛在选煤厂中的应用状况。结果表明:香蕉筛特殊的结构和物料运动形式可以使经过筛机的大颗粒迅速进入筛上物而小颗粒沿筛面运行,与筛孔进行多次比较进而透筛,有利于小颗粒的透筛,具有更高的脱介效率和处理量;水平直线振动筛适用于煤炭粒度相对较大的选煤厂,其运行平稳,可靠性较高,在选煤厂脱介工艺中得到较为广泛的应用;倾斜直线振动筛多用于原煤粒度较小的选煤厂的脱介,有效解决了粒径较小的煤炭产品在脱介过程中处理量较低的问题,但倾斜直线振动筛容易跑料,应注意给料的均匀性和适当调整挡水墙高度。
Describe the structure and inclined linear vibrating screen, analys working principle of banana screen, horizontal linear vibrating screen and e their major parameters. Combined with the application status of medium draining screen in Chinese coal preparation plants,introduce the application status of medium draining screen. The results show that the special structure and material movement can make the large particle enter into oversize products quickly and small particle move along the screen surface which can compare with screen mesh many more times. So for small particle, the banana screen is more appropriate. Due to higher stability and realibility, Horizontal linear screen is more suitable for these coal preparation plants which mainly separate large coal. It's widely used in the medium draining process of coal preparation plant. Inclined linear vibrating screen is mainly used in preparation plants which mainly separate small coal, improving the handing capacity during medium draining process. But the material of this kind of screen easily overflow, so it's important to feed uniformly and keep optimal overflow weir height.
