摘要
我国新兴产业发展中面临着融资渠道不畅、企业创新能力薄弱、财政支持力度不大、抑制市场拓展的体制机制因素仍然存在等问题。美、日、韩三国发展新兴产业的经验为我国提供了借鉴。我国应注重科技与经济结合,科技与金融合作,处理好市场、企业和政府的关系,完善政府财政对新兴产业支持的运行机制。
The developing emerging industries in our country is facing many problems,such as the financing channel is not free,enterprise innovation ability is weak,little financial support,inhibit market development issues of institutional factors still exist,etc.The experiences of United States,Japan and South Korea developing the emerging industry provide the reference for our country.We should pay attention to combined the science and technology with economy,strengthen the cooperation between technology and finance,handle the relationship of the market,enterprises and the government,perfect the operating mechanism of government financial support for emerging industries.
