摘要
随着市场经济的全球化,中国经济逐渐在国际舞台上占居主导地位,成为第二大经济体。中国房地产业也逐步从卖方市场转为买方市场。作为关系国计民生的基本产业——中国房地产业未来的走向,值得深思。面对中国房地产业的畸形发展,应从地产形态、房价调控、战场转变、政策导向和心态调试等方面综合发力,方为治本之策。
With the globalization of the market economy,China's economy gradually occupies the dominant position in the international arena,and becomes the second largest economy.China's real estate industry has gradually from a seller's market into a buyer's market.As a basic industry of national economy and people's livelihood relationship,the future trend of China's real estate industry is worth thinking about.Facing the malformed development of China's real estate industry,we should try our best comprehensively from real estate pattern changed,price control,battlefield change,policy guidance and mentality debugging and so on,which are the fundamental countermeasures.
