摘要
目前,文化人才观念较淡薄,文化人才培养与使用机制不健全,人员年龄偏大,待遇较低,全县缺乏集聚文化人才的平台,制约了宁都县文化事业的大发展。要繁荣宁都县的文化事业,需要各级领导增强文化人才队伍建设的战略意识,加大财政投入,完善文化人才激励机制和考核机制,科学引进专业人才,合理引导民间文化人才队伍发展。
At present,the culture talent concept of Ningdu county is weak,the mechanism of culture talent cultivating and using is not sound,personnel is aging,treatment is low,the county is lack of agglomeration platform for culture talent,which severely restricted the culture career development of Ningdu county.To boom the cultural undertakings of Ningdu county,leaders at all levels need to enhance strategy consciousness of cultural talent team construction,increase financial input,improve the system of culture talent use,incentive and assessment mechanism,scientifically introduce professionals,reasonably guide the non-governmental cultural talent team.
