摘要 粮食问题是世界各国都非常关注的问题。面对当今世界粮食生产和供应的严峻形势,节约粮食、适度消费刻不容缓。然而,现实中,在粮食紧缺的同时,食品浪费的现象在我国却广泛存在,与我国建设资源节约型社会的目标相背离。因此,我们应在风气树立、制度约束、政策鼓励、法律惩处和消费模式等方面进行调整和完善,提高人们的节俭意识,减少食品浪费,推进我国资源节约型社会的建设。 Food security is the common problem that every country concerns about.Facing the grim situation of world food production and supply nowadays,we should advocate saving food and moderate consumption.However,at the time of food shortage,food waste phenomenon widely exists in our country,which is violate from the goal of building a resource-conserving society.Therefore,we should take policies from the save atmosphere,institutional constraints,policies to encourage,laws to punish and consumption patterns,etc,improve the thrift awareness,reduce food waste,and promote the construction of resource-conserving society in China.
