Teaching Management System Research based on Employment Guidance

培养高校毕业生的就业创业能力和职业能力是评价高校办学水平的重要标准。基于高校毕业生的就业需求构建的教学管理体系分为教学和组织管理两个子体系。"四平台+三模块"的教学子体系为内核,组织管理子体系为保障。两者以社会人才需求为导向,以应用型人才培养为目标,相互补充,构成就业指导教学管理体系这一有机整体。

Promoting the employment professional ability and entrepreneurial ability of the college graduates is an important standard evaluating the level of university education.Based on employment requirements of the college graduates,the article builds the teaching management system which is divided into teaching and management two sub organization system,takes the ＂four platform＋three modules＂ teaching sub system as the kernel,organization and management system for security.Both takes the social demand as the guidance,application-oriented talents training as the target,complement each other,and constitute an organic whole of the employment guidance teaching management system.
