D ue to the impasse in negotiations of the WTO Doha Round, the multilateral trading system is faced with difficulties. Meanwhile, regional and cross-regional, bilateral and plurilateral trade negotiations have gradually become the mainstream of the international economic negotiations and the focus of attention of different countries.
