植物磷酸乙醇胺甲基转移酶基因(PEAMT)表达特性分析

摘要 PEAMT即磷酸乙醇胺甲基转移酶,是合成磷酸胆碱的关键酶,磷酸胆碱脱磷酸后形成胆碱,胆碱经两步连续反应合成甜菜碱。甜菜碱是一种无毒的小分子渗透调节剂,可以在植物体受到外界胁迫条件下起保护作用。文章就近年来植物PEAMT基因的表达特性研究进展作了概述,该基因的表达受多种胁迫的诱导。
