摘要 针对射频电缆在低温环境下扭转阻力矩增大给某卫星展开锁定机构可靠性带来的不确定影响,文章首先对射频电缆低温扭转阻力矩进行测试试验,之后分析了该阻力矩对展开锁定机构静力矩裕度的影响;在此基础上对机构的设计方案进行改进,并通过仿真分析,验证了改进后机构能够可靠展开,展开时间、冲击力矩等指标满足卫星总体要求。 Based on the effect of the RF cable’s low-temperature resistance torque on the deployable and lockable mechanism for a satellite,a test of the RF cable’s resistance torque at low temperature is carried out.The effect of the resistance torque on the static torque budget of the deployable and lockable mechanism is analyzed.On the basis of the torque analysis,an improved design scheme of the mechanism is proposed,and the simulation analysis is conducted for the scheme.It is shown that the improved mechanism can be deployed reliably,and the parameters,including its deployment time,the impact torque,and others,can meet the general requirements of the satellite system design.
