摘要
飞行品质评价是贯穿整个航天器研制的重要环节之一,主要通过受试人员主观评价试验进行。文章针对飞行品质评价试验,提出了试验设备应具备的功能和试验设计原则,通过调研和统计分析,分析了试验的类型和特点,明确了受试人员选择方案和评价结果分析的评判指标;基于正交设计和均匀设计的思想,提出了各阶段的试验矩阵设计方案,通过与载人航天工程二期的人控评价结果的对比,表明该试验设计方案具备可行性,对我国后续载人航天器飞行品质评价的展开具有现实的指导意义。
Quality assessment is an important part in the spacecraft development,and it should be done by the professional personnel.For the quality assessment test,this paper proposes the necessary functions and the design principle of the test equipment.And,by means of data collection and statistical analysis,the test types and characteristics,the selection of subjects,and the assessment criteria are determined.Besides,based on the philosophy of the orthogonal design and the uniform design,the test matrix in each stage is proposed.The feasibility and the guiding significance of the proposed scheme are verified by comparison with the assessment results for the second phase of China’s manned space project.
