摘要
对于异步电机控制系统,参数辨识的准确性和简易性是非常关键的一个环节。在传统异步电机试验原理的基础上,利用电机控制系统本身的资源,进行直流、单相交流、三相空载试验,然后根据变频器所检测到的电流、电压,经过傅里叶变换来实现对电机参数辨识。最后,根据辨识的参数,利用Matlab/Simulink进行了参数辨识与无速度传感器矢量控制系统的仿真,实验结果表明具有良好的动静态特性。
For induction motor control system, the accuracy and simplicity of the parameter identification are critical. This paper is based on the experiment principle of traditional induction motor, use of motor control system itself resources, to do DC, single phase AC, three-phase no load test, and then, detect the current, voltage by the inverter, do Fourier transform to achieve identification of motor parameters. At last, based on these parameters, by using Matlab/Simulink software, do parameter identification and speed sensorless vector control system simulation, and the experimental results show that have a good dynamic and static characteristic.
