摘要
随着经济快速发展,对能源需求不断增大,电解铝等高耗能行业发展受到限制。高耗能企业要实现可持续发展就必须进行技术改造,实现节能降耗、降低成本和对能源的依赖。文章介绍了高压变频器的发展、调速工作原理,并以富士变频器为例解析变频器的架构、基本功能和技术性能特点,结合在电解铝电解烟气净化系统风机改造方案设计及其应用。实现提高产量、产品质量,节能降耗、降低成本、提高效益的目的。项目的成功应用也为高压变频技术在电解铝行业运用推广奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of economy and the increasing demand for energy,the development of electrolytic aluminum and other high energy-consuming industries are gradually restricted。 In order to achieve sustainable development,high energy-consuming enterprises must accomplish technological transformation,energy saving,cost reduction and energy dependence。 This article introduces the development of high-volt inverter and its work principle,and it also analyzes the structure and technical characteristics with the example of Fuji inverter,connected with the design scheme and application of wind turbine used in the flue gas purifying system of electrolysis in electrolytic aluminum industry for the purpose of improving production,quality and profits,saving energy and reducing consumption and costs.The successful application of the project also lays the foundation for the use and popularization of high-volt inversion technology used in electrolytic aluminum industry。
