摘要
通过乙基黄药、丁基黄药、乙硫氮等常用含硫选矿药剂与二硫化碳在不同的反应温度、反应时间、pH值和搅拌速度下,对模拟铅锌选矿废水中硫化物产生的影响进行研究,探讨了选矿废水中黄药、乙硫氮和二硫化碳产生硫化物的反应机理,并利用反应机理解释硫化物超标的原因,为铅锌选矿外排废水中硫化物的超标治理提供参考.
Effects of sulfur-containing mineral processing reagents on the production of sulfide from simulated lead-zinc mineral processing wastewater were studied in different conditions of reaction temperature, reaction time, pH value and stirring speed. The sulfur-containing reagents include ethyl xanthate, butyl xanthate and ethyl thio carbamate. Mechanism of sulfide producing from the reaction of xanthate, ethyl thio earbamate and carbon disulfide in mineral processing wastewater and the overproof reason of sulfide were also studied, which provided theoretical basis of over proof control of sulfide in lead-zinc mineral processing wastewater.
