摘要
采用既定的拓展训练项目,进行为期16周的教学实验,对拓展训练课程结束前后,学生在人际关系、心理承受能力、自我意识和情绪状态等方面的变化进行研究,结果表明:各项指标均有提高且差异显著(P<0.05),旨在探究提高大学生心理健康水平的新途径,同时也为拓展训练课程的开展提供有益参考.
The period of the incorporation of outward bound into college PE selective course system is not long. The paper makes use of teaching experiment;it studies students 'variation before and after the training courses in the respects of interpersonal relationship, psychological bearing capacity, self-awareness and emotional state. The result shows that every index raises and the difference is significant(P〈0.05). We are aimed at researching a new path to improve college students 'health level, and at the same time replenishing the outward training course.
