On the construction of monitoring system for medical students’ clinical skills

临床技能水平在很大程度上代表了医学院校学生的培养质量,科学有效地对临床技能进行评价和监控成为医学教育必不可少的一环.在对医学院校学生临床技能水平监控系统构建的必要性和可行性、监控系统的基本内容和特点进行分析的基础上,采用Delphi专家咨询法对监控系统评价体系的指标和权重进行调查,以达到构建医学院校学生临床技能监控系统的目的,藉此建立学生临床实习档案,有效地监控学生临床技能水平,提供临床实习质量评价方法.

The training quality of medical students is determined by clinical skill level largely, and scientific and effective evaluation and monitoring of clinical skills is becoming an indispensable part of medical education. On the analysis of the necessity and feasibility for the building of clinical skill＇s supervision system, the basis content and characteristic of clinical skill＇s supervision system, the paper uses delphi expert consultation to build indicators and weights of evaluation system, to achieve the purpose of building clinical skill＇s supervision system：to establish clinical practice files of students, to monitor the clinical skills level of medical students effectively and to provide quality evaluation of clinical practice .
