高职商务英语专业学生就业心理影响下的学习及就业状况

Learning and employment condition of higher vocational students of business English major under influence of employment psychology

就业心理是影响就业状况的重要因素之一.为了解高职商务英语专业学生的就业心理及在其影响下所形成的学习态度、就业观念与就业状况之间的关系,对江苏财经职业技术学院商务英语专业2011—2012届毕业生以及在校学生就业心理和就业状况进行了调研分析,并针对学生的就业观念及就业状况所存在的问题提出了相关建议.

Employment psychology is one of the important factors which influence employment condition. In order to understand employment psychology of higher vocational students of busi- ness English major and the relationship between learning attitude, employment concept and em- ployment condition under its influence, this paper investigates and analyzes the employment psy- chology and condition of graduates in 2011--2012 and undergraduates of business English major in Jiangsu Polytechnic of Finance and Economics and puts forward relative suggestions on prob- lems existing in students＂ employment concept and condition.
