摘要
农民工劳动权的保护是全面落实科学发展观的必然要求,也是解决好"三农"问题的重要体现。由于我国现行的户籍制度、立法、司法等方面的原因,农民工的诸多合法权益没有得到很好的保护,其中作为其核心权利的劳动权受侵害尤其严重。这不仅直接影响社会稳定与和谐社会目标的实现,而且也与我党提倡的科学发展观背道而驰。文章从"劳动权"视角,对农民工劳动权保护不力的现状与原因作了深入分析,并提出了相应的加强农民工劳动权保护的对策建议。
The protection of the labor rights of migrant workers is an inevitable requirement of the Scientif- ic Concept of Development, as well as an important manifestation of the solution to the Three Rural Issues. Because of such reasons as the current household registration system, legislative and judicial systems, many of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers have not been well protected, particularly labor right, which is one of their core fights. This not only affects social stability and hinders the realization of a harmoni- ous society, but also goes against the Scientific Concept of Development advocated by the Party. Hence, focu- sing on ＂labor rights＂, this paper made a thorough discussion on the poor situation of protection of migrant workers＇ labor rights, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
