In a Micro-blog era, it is important for grassroots organizations of CPC to make their work more efficient and effective with the help of the new Intemet technology. This paper, based on the understand- ing of the Micro-blog era, analyzes its challenges to and chances for the CPC grassroots administration and development, and explores the ways to do the work creatively via micro-blogs.
